Good Article on Boater Education...

This is good,however, the article doesn't say how they are going to keep track of the one day exemption? What am I missing? (Besides my brain) Woodsy

Woodsy,this statement was in that article."Gibson agreed that the proposed change would be positive in requiring all boaters to have a true certificate".
I'm wondering if by that he means that if this passes,those with a current on-line certification like myself will have to get a classroom certification?
