I just got my registration papers to fill out in the mail yesterday. Your last name starts with 'A'?

Just curious guys but why would you give the state your money so early? It might as well be earning interest to pay for more fuel this spring right?Maybe you just want to score a low registration #?Oh that's right,I just remembered that I get my ski pass a few months early too.Never mind!

I think the states are all synchronised now because of some Federal program. This may have resulted in fewer colors being used. Dont bet the farm on it though.

island access, barges, services, etc are all reasons you may want to use a boat right away at the first of the year (until you can't)
