Arrow Attention Meredith Dunkin Donut Fans...

Looks like they will be closing for renovations starting April 25 and lasting 8

days...Hopefully they'll put a extra drive thru just for coffee

Default gave up on Dunkin

I sat down and did the math and found I was spending over $60 a month on coffee at D&D.
I bought me one of those Keurig coffee makers. I order all my K-cups on line, use 2 to make my large mug each morning and it costs me a little over $1.00 a day.
I figure I save at least 300 a year as I don’t drink as much during the summer.
I also get my coffee the same every day unlike the unpredictability at D&D.
I could save more if I ground my own but I like variety and only flavored coffee.

You can enjoy Dunkin's coffee in your Keurig. They are less than a buck at DD plus you can get them online.

Default reread post

I use 2 K-cups to fill my mug for just over a buck. We were just talking about how expensive the D&D K-cups are compared to others. Also at last check they are all regular coffee where I drink nothing but flavored.

You can also buy one of those gold mesh filters for a Keurig. This allows you to use any coffee you want, it's much cheaper, and you aren't pumping millions of little plastic cups into the trash each year.

Merrymeeting - that's what we do. I love those mesh k-cups because you can put your favorite coffee in them and enjoy. Because we like different types of coffee (I like very bold/dark roasts, Argie likes the flavored junk, and the oldest boy likes medium/light roasts), the Keurig is made for us!

Sorry BR, just trying to be helpful, didn't know if you heard about new DD K-cups.

With bulk DD coffee, I stock up when it's on sale. I'll bet you be able to get thier K-cups half price near the holidays. They do have flavors but I never tried them.

I went through my Starbucks phase but I'm back to DD as my favorite coffee. I wish they made a machine so I could get a coffee coolatta at home.

Default Merrymeeting

I have the filter but like variety. Maybe someone will come up with a more eco friendly way to do this down the road.
From what I understand D&D K-cups are 13.00 or 14.00 for a 12 pack. That’s double what I pay. Green Mountain coffee is between 12.00 and 15.00 for a 24 pack.
I just can’t believe there are as many people as there are paying THAT much for a cup of coffee every day when for a fraction of the cost they could make their own.

Default Meredith Dunkin Donuts:Mmmmmm

It's funny that DD, a MA based company, has the best bagels in Meredith! It is like no other DD we all have been in. We'll brew our own coffee, but my kid's have their bagels on the "must do" list along with town docks ice cream when we come up. Bagels are always warm, soft, and chewy! The staff there is always pleasant too.
