Default Side-scans of Gov. Endicott

Hi All,
Have been sitting on this question for a while, trying to decide whether or not to post some of the images of what I am confident is the Gov. Endicott...I decided tonight... OK-do it.

Why did I choose to post them? (still sitting on others of the area). Because after some thought I knew the Endicotts history and location have been on Winni.com long before today. And for those who care enough to read up on her starting with Winni.com, then Googling her, whatever, it's all out there-easy to find. There's no mystery here.

That being said, if you choose to mess around in this area in any fashion whatsoever do so at your own peril, and there are 3 perils I could name, and if you don't know what they are....stay the heck out of there (this pertains to diving only not boating). This is a serious warning. Take it at face value.

Other than that, enjoy. I may post more at a later date.

Thanks for those images Diver.Question...what accounts for the 5 1/2 ft difference in depth between the different images? Is this the depth of the ss itself or some other factor?

First and foremost thanks for posting these pictures. They are always a treat to see.
I am disappointed that you choose to say it was a dangerous spot to dive without the info as to why? I am a certified diver and learn from other divers what issues or dangers one spot may have. So why not share the info so all can be educated?

Default Depth question

Siksukr,
The difference is due to the depth under the boat at the time and place the image was recorded. Different places, different depths.
