Default Picnic Tables

Does anyone have recommendations for a good place to buy locally made Picnic tables. I'm looking to replace the 10 foot one I built 15 years ago... (and I don't want to have to build another one! )

Prefer the "Gilford", side of the lake... but if they deliver it can be anywhere.

Thanks in advance!

Oh come on old man, you've got to have at least one more picnic table in you. Here's step by step instructions to make it real easy.

Arrow Picnic tables.

I usually make my own out of pressure treated lumber and install them on concrete tiles. They last a loooong time.

Anyway, I remember seeing picnic tables at the AGWAY in Gilford off Airport Road.

Another place to get picnic tables is on Fair Street in Laconia. Across from the Great Escape. The guy will make any size and shape of picnic table you want.

Of course you may try the Midnight Express. Tell FLL I sent you!

I bought some a year ago for our association. Cheapest place I found them was the Lowes on the Spaulding Turnpike. THey had them as kits out in the garden center. Everything was predrilled and hardware included. The assemble in short time.

Maybe: Aubochon's, Meredith & Moultonboro.
Trustworthy on Union Ave, Laconia, just north of VIP @ Stark Street.

If one Lowes, then try Lowes in Gilford.....

There's a guy on Fair Street in Laconia (right around the corner from Water Street Cafe) who always has some out in his yard for sale. I remember a sign saying he'll build them to order, as well, if he doesn't have the size you want. Not sure if I've seen them out there yet this year, though.

Woops, looks like Broadhopper beat me to it!

Default Thanks All ...

... Even you Pineedles.. I'm not to old, just to lazy.

I found and older thread on the same subject...

http://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums/...=Picnic+Tables

and BelmontResident's information on the guy from Gilmanton was spot on.

This guy makes beautiful picnic tables and he had 6' and 8" tables all built and ready to go. His tables are different than any I've ever seen around here. Solid Top, and 4x4 Legs and braces. The tops are all milled from the same tree and are 3+ inches thick with contoured edges.

Anyway, he built me a 10' table and delivered it yesterday. These tables are the best I've ever seen. I spent the day today sanding and staining, all my neighbors are going to have "Picnic Table" envy!

They guys name is Jeff.. and he delivers.

6' was $125, 8 $150, and he charged me $200 for the 10'.. "delivered"
