Default Total Jerks or just having fun?

Sometimes I'm overly sensitive to actions involving animals. So, I ask you. Are these people being jerks or just having fun?

Although I don't think there was any intention of harming the ducks, it definitely portrays childish behavior.

It always amazes me how some people get their laughs. I didn't think it was funny all. I wonder who inhabited the lake first- humans or ducks.

Default Ducks in general

It would be nice if someone chase all the ducks and geese away. There is a heck of a lot more of them today than a decade ago.

I will be ticked if someone bothers the loon population.

Geese are one thing, the ducks don't the mess that the geese make. You can have 50 ducks and they won't make the mess that 2 geese will. And if you don't feed the ducks they won't come be up on your property very much. To me that is the difference.

Looks like kids being kids.
If you got through your youth without having done anything similarly "stupid" you must have had a very boring childhood.

Clearly the ducks weren't too bothered as they are still hanging around. I'm sure they were less bothered by that than they are when my dogs chase after them!

Maybe dumb but kids being kids...Chill...In twenty years they will be logging onto this site and saying the same comments about some dumb thing a young swimmer or boater did. Maybe someday their precious child will actually have a little sand kicked on them by someone running by on the beach.

Just kids being kids......just like chasing sea gulls at the beach. It's only mean if you happen to catch one.
