Just drove around the island today. Lots of houses for sale. Cheapest must run about 1.0 mil and go up to 4.0 mil. And I could have bought the whole island for 62 grand! What a deal.

How about the man from NH who recently sold his 1935 Bugatti at auction for 40 Mil. Wonder where he kept a 40 mil car up here.
