Default Bruins Alumni in Gilford Today

I saw a sign in the window at the Gilford Hannaford which stated that members of the Bruins Alumni would be making an appearance there today. It did not say which players, nor did it say if there would be any opportunity for photos or autographs. It said they would be there today between 5:30 and 6:30.

If anyone else has any more info I would love to know. I called the store and they had no details available.

It must be related to pond hockey somehow. The Crowders will be lacing them up this weekend!

I contacted the Alumni office and got the following reply:

"Thank you for contacting the Alumni office. Rick Middleton and Bruce Crowder will be at Hannafords. There is no cost for photos or autographs."

One of the guys that runs the Pond Hockey Classic is Scott Crowder, Bruce's son. He lives in the Meredith area. I wonder if Nifty (Middleton) is lacing them up too?

Thanks for the info; I did not know that. It was a great thrill to meet them and I also got their autographs and had Nifty personalize his to my friend's son as he is an avid bruins fan.
