Wink

As far as I can tell, the fish haven't migrated south yet

Sorry, I just couldn't resist.

Default More info needed

What species of fish are you after, this might generate some responses if folks knew what you are after.

It just seems this time of year people stop fishing for some reason until there is enough ice to go ice fishing. I'm just curious if there are people still fishing and still catching. If they migrated south I would be in the prime spot in Alton!

The fishing is always good, The catching tends to vary.

Hey ackfisherman
I plan on going up sat to do some bass fishing. If you want to go email me and we can try to hook up. I was up last saturday and they were biting pretty well. I dont know about others but I fish until I cant get the boat on the water and last year that was december 30th. Hope i can get past that date this year

I wish I would have seen your reply before I went. We went to Merrymeeting lake and down the river wading in at a few different spots. We caught absolutely nothing. Maybe next time
