Default Floatsam

Not sure how it is on the big lake right now, but I was out on the Merrimal River this afternoon. Not only is the water level very high, but there is a ton of stuff floating down river that is normally on shore. Logs, tree branches, pieces of wood, and even plastic chairs are some of the things I saw. Usual spring runoff type stuff, but unusual for late July. Be careful out there.

Saw more than a few 1-3 foot logs today in the area of the Wolfeboro - Alton border. Tried snagging a few but it was kind of choppy out there. Suggest we all keep a keen eye on the water.
