As often is done on this forum, can we get a few postings from people noting the current marina gas prices around the lake. I'm curious to know how competitive our one local marina is.
Thanks. |

Lakeport Landing
When I went to Lakeport landing on Tuesday, it was $2.049, Irwins was around 2.199 (I may be off 1 or 2 cents).

"Y" Landing
"Y" Landing was $2.39 yesterday! I almost choked, knowing that Lakeport was so much less. Unfortunately, I found myself low enough on fuel that I had no choice. As I recall, Pier 19 was around $2.49 last week. Thank goodness I had a full tank at the time.

And keep in mind that Y-Landing & 19 Mile are both super unleaded (last I checked). Not only are you paying more for the fuel, but unless your engine requires it, you are wasting your money... 89 octane is fine for 9 out of 10 boats on the lake.

$2.29 at Anchor Marine
Why can't I enter a no text message ? I get a "too short, need 10 character" warning.

Gas at LakePort
I just filled up at Lakeport Landing Monday 5/7/2007. $3.18 a gallon. I thought that was pretty fair with the prices on land.
