Cottage Rental Agencies
I knwo there has been several threads on this subject, but I have not seen this question?
My family is thinking about renting our cottage next season and I was hoping that folks could weigh in on the several agencies in the lake region (C21, Preferred Properties, etc). I am looking for both good stories and bad, what you would do different, etc. Also, what is the going rate for rental mgt. I remember once, someone quoted 25% of rental income. Help is very appreciated. Thanks |

fee = 20%
at Strictly rentals (Center Harbor). I'm sure they all must be the same for competitive reasons.

Rental Agencies
We had great service from Century 21 (Center Harbor/Moultonborough) for seven years. All three of the major rental agencies for the northwestern half of the lake charge a fee of 20% of the gross rental rate. Good luck!

Try Yankee Pedlar in Wolfeboro. Highest rental rates on the lake. Ever the French President's rental was handled by that office at $30K/wk.
