White foam
Has anyone seen the white foam on Winni down by Black Cat and Becky's Garden???? Just noticed this morning. It's floating up onto my shore. Should I be concerned??

It depends... sometimes it's natural (and good or bad), sometimes it's man-made (and good or bad).
