Snow Already Here
I took this one yesterday from Lincoln Park in Gilford. Your looking North past Round Island and there is snow already showing on Mount Washington.

I like it! Can't wait to get the sled out. Hit the grass drags this weekend. Ready to go.

auto road was closed...
I read where the auto road was closed to private autos after the snowfall.
Just too early for this stuff.

Airedale1, I am the sailor on the small catamaran in your picture, Thanks for posting the picture. Saturday was a cool/cold day but an awesome day for a sail.

snow
Have the last two years been typical for snow there or has it been more snow than usual?

Depends what part of the state. The lakes region snowfall was about normal to a little above. The seacoast got hammered with way above normal. The big difference last year was the lack of thaws so snow amounts on the ground kept rising to above normal heights.
