Default Granite State Boat Works Service Dept.

Have any of you guys up here in NH ever had your boat serviced (warranty) at Granite State Boat Works in Milford NH? I need to take my Pro-Guide 16 in to fix a bad steering cable and was wondering what their service dept. was like. I bought the boat at Dover marine but they said they couldn't look at it until next month.
(Just a little concerned about who I leave my baby with.)

I bought a boat from them a couple of years back and found them to be excellent to deal with. I had a couple of warranty items fixed after I picked up the boat and the repairs were handled quickly. Haven't had any problems so I haven't been back. I know the service manager I dealt with in 2008 has moved on but I found the business to be well run and would expect that the service department is still first rate.

My former neighbor was pleased with the work they did on his 25hp BassTracker rig but that was about 15 years ago. I've gone to them for parts for the last 12 years or so. I've found thier staff to be friendly and helpful.

Unfortunatly, if you go there on a hot day with your kids or grand children you are going to have to stop for ice-cream acrss the street at Hayward's Farms.

I don't need a reason to stop a haywards! I always go there no matter what. Even on cold days.

Thanks for the feedback. Brought the boat up to them on Tues. and had it back all fixed on Fri. morning. These guys are great, very profesional. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
