Where should we take our jet ski?
Ok...so remember a few weeks ago, maybe a week or two after Memorial Day, when on Sunday, it was REALLY windy. Well, our jet ski managed to come off the rack and wind up on shore...how long...not sure! But thanks to GREAT neighbors, they recovered it, put it back on the rack and we have yet to see what the damage is.
We know structurally, it is not bad (I hope), but my neighbors were able to start it but said we had problems with the shifting. Essentially, only my mom has been up there, none of the rest of us have been. We really do not know what we are faced with. Who do you recommed we go to for service? We are in Moultonboro....Harilla Landing. Any reco's? Thank you all! |

What make is it?
If the problem is that the handle seems to be a bit sticky going from forward to reverse it's probably minor and you should be able to see it wjhile on the rack, maybe something got bent and you may be able to fix it yourself. Take it for a ride and go easy to see how it feels first to determine if something is wrong with the nozzle or just the shifting rods. I've left jet shis sitting on shore for a week with no problem so I'd be surprised if there's seriosu damage unless the shore is al rocks. Eric |
