Default Bob Houses

When do Bob Houses have to off the lake. Is it a law or rule. Is it enforced? And will it be overlooked this year since we will probably have ice until May

I saw several being pulled out off 19 mile bay yesterday. Probably anticipating this rain/wet snow stuff. There was a lot of standing puddles down in Alton Bay on the ice runway yesterday as well....The March Sun is getting higher everyday....Wooooooooooot.

Since there won't be an ice out this year, can't the owner claim the house is on next year's ice, and he's ok because the law doesn't specify which April?
