Question Tubing at or near the lake

Is there still tubing at Gunstock? If not, where
can I bring my nephews, who are coming from Arizona, Friday,
for some fun in the snow?
They're not equiped for skiing.

Default check first

Just checked the report and it is closed. I think it might be a while. From what I remember it doesn’t open until we get some natural snow first.

KING PINE has tubing and the website says that they expect to open the Tubing Park on Dec. 26th. Why not give them a call?

Default Gunstock

I just talked to someone who works at Gunstock and yesterday the mountain was getting there and today it's all ice with grass showing thru.
The rain brought it right down to almost nothing.

As of right now, tubing is closed at Loon, but here's the link so that you can check back to see updates.

Default Tubing at or near the lake ?

Went tp Gunstock ski area New Year's Eve, during the day aroun 3pm,
just before dark to go tubing with grandson....

Only got a 1 hour ticket, but in that hour was able to take 4 rides down the hill. Most fun I've had in years !

Two tickets for tubing, $22.
Hot chocolate afterwards, $5.
Smile on my grandson's face "PRICELESS" !

Checked up one more on my bucket list !

Take your family tubing, you'll have a ball.

Was your grandson able to sit on your lap? I heard gunstock won't let you go doubles and they made it seem like that included even little kids. I have a three year old that I don't want going down by himself.
