Default Good Article on Boater Education...

Here is the link to the citizen..

http://www.citizen.com/apps/pbcs.dll...061/-1/CITIZEN

THey are getting rid of the 14 day temporary certificate in favor of a one time/one day exemption. This is good, however, the article doesn't say how they are going to keep track of the one day exemption?

What am I missing? (Besides my brain)

Woodsy, this statement was in that article."Gibson agreed that the proposed change would be positive in requiring all boaters to have a true certificate".
I'm wondering if by that he means that if this passes, those with a current on-line certification like myself will have to get a classroom certification?
