Default Jet Ski lift permit ?

Do I need a permit to put a jet ski lift (or ramp type contraption) in front of my shoreline?

Thanks.

Yes, you do need a permit from the DES Wetlands Bureau for a jet ski lift. You use the "PBN" application form (Permit by Notification) and select Project #12 for a "Watercraft Lift".

I have a copy of the application form in Word (.doc) format. If you want to send me a PM with your email address I'll be glad to send it to you. Or, you can download it directly from the Wetlands Bureau's website.
