New member needs help

Don, Winona is trying to copy and paste a document in the History section. I gave him/her complete instructions in a PM but still having trouble. Can you help?

Sorry Don. I didn't see it. It didn't show up as a new post to me, so I thought it was the same unsucessful test post that was there previously.
