William Tell Restaurant Fans

There was an add in the Laconia Sun this past weekend for an event featuring guest Chef Peter Bossert of the William Tell. I believe it is called, "A Taste of Europe" and it is going to held at Christmas Island Steak House this Tuesday night 1/31/12.
Looks delicious ! And the chocolate toberlone cake was listed as one of the deserts.
I wish it was held on a weekend night. Week nights are tough to get out. But, I hope he does well. I sure do miss his food......

This will be the second Tuesday they have done it. It was a pretty good turn out last week from what I heard.
