New Hampshire PFD Requirement
On June 18, 2007 Governor John Lynch signed into law House Bill 519, changing the minimum age for mandatory wear of PFDs. Currently, children 5 years and under are required to wear a Coast Guard approved PFD, this new law would increase the PFD age requirement to children 12 years and under.
