Maybe we could put Parker Island Fun's swim raft out there ? It seems the birds like it and might stay put.
Or maybe some sharks with frickin lasers on their heads ? Then as they jump about we'll get a kool laser show in addition to new lighted nav-aids ....
But then they might swim away, didn't I see a photo off them up by Pine Island ? Guess we'll have to tether the sharks to the Witches. Now we'll have a real deterent to running aground there !
