Let me see? Here in New Hampshire, Senator Judd Gregg wins about $850,000. in a national lottery and the State of NH gets exactly zero in tax revnue. I go to the local McDonald's and buy a one dollar small chocolate sundae and the State of NH makes eight cents. Now, that is eight cents more than the state made on Sen Gregg's big lottery win, and that is a fact!

Is the state of NH a tax shelter for big earners or what?
