they look like robins eggs
has there been activity around the nest? birds dont normaly leave their eggs unattented for long periods of time so you should see the parents around - if not it may be abandoned. they take approx 1 month from laying the eggs to their hatching and fledging - if you move the nest the parents will abandon it.
if you leave it and the eggs hatch, then the babies grow up and leave the nest - take the nest down right away or they will lay more eggs for round two!
