Picture a White Water Kayaker....NOT a Sea Kayak...they wear a helmut...kinda like the helmut worn by Pro hockey players.
When going out into the Broads with a Kayak......maybe.....just to be Safe...a Helmut with a Flashing White Strobe Light on top of the helmut might be a good idea. Maybe even mandated. Just trying to be reasonable.
