Throw that case of Poland Springs in a kiddie pool and you'll have created an instant Kayaker Safe Haven Paddle Paradise (c) (tm) (r) (patent pending). Put it on the back of a flatbed truck and you have an instant business:

Of course, you'll have to make sure the toddlers stay at least 150' away from the pool, lest someone get all encroached on.
