Worse, the pathway to the front of the restaurant is
steeply downhill.
I think it's up to
NHDoT to install suitable three-layer
guardrails closer to the lanes of travel.
Boulders would pose the hazard of sending a vehicle into an out-of-control rollover--sending wheels, glass, doors, drivetrains, and other projectiles
above and between the bollards.
Gas station bollards work satisfactorily because they're protecting against vehicles moving at walking-speeds.
