Do you really believe that the town fathers and accessors really care about a massive exodus happening in their town, heck no as some younger couple will be knocking the door down to buy whatever is up for sale and at
high price which the accessors will then raise the evaluations making the taxes higher. No end insight at least the near future. Born and raised up on Birds Hill Ave.
