Bizer has the following disclaimer/warning on their charts: " Due to space limitations NOT ALL ROCKS ARE DEPICTED (emphasis is theirs). Rocks less than 164 ft (50 meters) from shore are not shown either." So it pays to be vigilant when in close to shore.
