I think you interpreted her post wrongly, and opposite of what the "common" interpretation would be.
She put a disclaimer that she is affiliated with Faro because she has positive reviews and insider info about the business and menu. A reasonable person could assume she has some bias (and that's OK). Making her post WITHOUT any sort of reference that she has a vested interest in the business would be a bit shady. Stating up front, as she did, that she is associated with the restaurant helps eliminate the crazy speculations and mud flinging common in this section.
