I fine this great. It means that they are not rushing everyone through. My Dr. takes her time and answers every question I have no matter how many people may be waiting. She has even taken the time to call specialist while I wait in her office. When
I have to sit and wait I do it patiently as I know she is doing that same for the person in there with her.
