You would need to be very careful on your design and product choices.

Studs and sheetrock are relatively cheap... and a bigger home would cost less per square foot based on those. But windows, doors, siding, and other ''finishes'' can really add up.


The higher series has more options, and because of the aluminum cladding can get a 20 year paint warranty. But not every build needs that.
