As a lifelong NH resident, with a few years living in Mass., I notice a different between Mass and NH tax structure. In NH, if you own a multifamily dwelling you are paying less tax to NH than those with single family. I really don't think that is fair. Also in NH, when you retire you still pay the same amount of tax to the state! In Mass, you pay less as there will be no state income tax. I think the state should take this into consideration if they wnat to be fair about tax representation.
