You just don't know what you are missing! Phoenix, it is funny you mention fish because the waitress at the VK would tell you after you ordered the tripe that it is not fish. Apparently people that don't know must think it is fish from looking at the menu, is that right Sam? Vita, if you want to meet us there, I will gladly give you a taste of mine to try.
You too, Jmen. IMO the tripe itself doesn't have a lot of flavor. It is the vinegar and the coating you really taste I think. Anyway, if you guys don't like it, it is more for us!
