Aspen, Colorado had a similar influx of celebrities buying 2nd and 3rd vacation homes. Aspen residents called it "Aspenization". Then it happened to Boulder, and then scores of other locales.

Here, we don't have to reach quite as far. Locals are still slinging hash browns in our restaurants, taking in the view off
Rattlesnake, working our cash registers and walking the streets freely.

Sometimes you just have to wait in traffic for a little while before you can get to it.
