To those who are concerned about the possible violations of the law in the video:
- Have you ever driven 1 MPH over the speed limit?
- Did you neglect to come to a COMPLETE STOP before turning right on a red light?
- Have you ever taken a tax deduction for which you did not have a required receipt, or been a little too liberal in valuing donated items?
- If you live in Massachusetts, did you forget to self-pay sales tax on internet purchases?
- Have you ever used pine tar on the pitching mound? (Ok, strike that one.)
If not, congratulations! But I suspect no one can actually say they haven't broken a law on occasion.
Yes, we need laws, including the ones about spotters and distances. Those are good laws and we should abide by them.
But if ever there was a case for just having a good time, taking reasonable risks, and overlooking strict compliance with the laws, in my opinion, that video is a perfect example!
Let's be reasonable.
