JUST DO IT...
With time change, it's after dark during my evening commute.
I'd love to drive in to property to have a look at the illegal dumping.
The sign needs removal!!! Of course, it must be an attempt to maintain the sign permit!
I hope DES and City levy enough in fines to spend more dollars in "policing and enforcement" than in past. Code enforcement!
