Default Based on my understanding . . .

if they are blocking your dock you may have some leverage. If they're not blocking your access it's going to be hard to fight.

Good luck.

My neighbor has his mooring right on his property line and recently replaced his chain with a longer one so now his boat is constantly in front of my dock. In addition he has a dock that he doesn't use except for company. He also has another mooring that's empty. I think he's trying to keep his waterfrontage open for swimming, but I feel like his boat shouldn't be in front of my dock. Does anyone know the rules for mooring placement? I've talked to him about it but he just ignores me so now I'm done being nice
