Hospitality Guy hit the nail on the head here...operating seasonally is an uphill climb, with each new year. Attracting and retaining good staff is difficult to do, when you are only offering a short season of employment. Service issues of the past were a direct result of this side-effect of a seasonal location. Lavinia's Relaxed Dining is indeed going to operate year-round.

Barbara, Lavinia's will serve dinner only to start, but we've certainly discussed the potential for adding a lunch period, once we hit our stride. We definitely see the need for another lunch option in the area!
