This particular plane has 220 HP.
The ordinary older C172 has 160 or less likely 180 HP. This one also comes with wheeled landing gear (probably tailwheel) to swap out when the lake freezes and you need to land on the ice..or an airport.
BTW: That Hovercraft actually has "Clipped" wings. It CAN FLY..BUT not out of
Ground Effect which is as stated.. about 20 feet above ground/water. NB
