I absolutely
love to see smaller businesses make a go of it, especially when you see the evidence of ownership wanting to and trying to "do the right thing".
I work in Big Business (yes, Im just a number) where its not hard to see the motivations that drive the agenda.
Dock, walk or drive, the Par Four dining team should be dining there in the not too distant future!
