Winter Harbor is still locked up tighter than a bull's ass during fly season.
I did catch a nice salmon Saturday off a dock that had a bubbler going all winter. The ice was out about 75' around the dock. Hook-jawed male, 19", 2lbs-7oz. Eeee-haw.
