Hi Jonas Pilot--
I'm guessing the ground beef was generously mixed with Guinness as it was very tasty (plus I'm a Guinness fan). The beef was combined with carrots and onions, and topped with a cheddar whipped potato topping. Really, to die for.
See what you think and let me know. And ask if they'll consider adding a side salad with that.
