A year after I'd scouted some winter properties, I went back to the
second most-wanted property on my list. It had 60' of frontage.
That particular area had superb potential—indeed, in just a year—it had been developed into a large new community of "proper" homes. Having already purchased another property 50 miles away, I wanted to see if I'd be affected by "buyer's remorse".
As it turned out, that "neighbor" (to the right) had put in a new dock. My
intended lot purchase was to the left in the photo.
