On another note, why are there few Italian bistros in the area and many have closed? That's a good question to warrant an answer that I have no idea. Maybe there is not a large market for Italian?

Intuitively, it seems that a lobster pound restaurant theme is more geared to a summer recreational area like Winnipesaukee than an Italian restaurant concept. I suppose they can always switch back to the lobster pound concept if they get hammered this summer.
