Rereading the posts
I would say I did not realized most of the Italian restaurants I visited in the past decades are closed. I though there were too many in the area to warrant another one. So yes I was sincere.
On another note, why are there few Italian bistros in the area and many have closed? That's a good question to warrant an answer that I have no idea. Maybe there is not a large market for Italian?
