It is my understanding that the LRCT is going to announce the opening of the trails in a story in the Thursday Manchester Union.I am a little skeptical about their future plans but am grateful and pleased to see them open again.Hopefully,the publicity doesn't keep people from coming up to enjoy the lakes region.
