Do you own a multifamily unit?????
I own a multifamily in Laconia. It has three units and it is acessed for $145,000. I have a single unit condo in the same city that is accessed for $175,000. The guy renting the condo is paying more tax than the people that are renting the multifamily. The condo unit is rented to an elderly who is living alone. The multifamily is rented to young families with kids. I don't see where you are coming from??????
